Viruses, espcially now a days in thewestern world, are taking longer to get rid of. For some they can take up to 10-12 weeks. Each virus makes you more likely to get another.
Unfortunately, there is basically nothing that can be done for a virus infection except over the counter stuff to make you feel a bit better. However, a virus can also make you more likely to get a bacterial infection, so it is wise to visit your doctor just to check.
Take paracetamol (i think the equivalent in the US is acetamorphan) for the headaches and aches and pains, gargle with an antiseptic mouth wash or dissolved aspirin, rest but also get out in the fresh air. Drink plenty of fluids such as water, at lest 2L a day minimum.
The feeling depressed, loss of appetite and lack of enthusiasm are part of the process unfortunately.

Before you freak out and think you are pregnant, read this. I had depo prevara and depo lupron (you didn't mention which one you were on) and each symptom you mentioned is absolutely NORMAL for these types of hormones! That's the key here is that they are hormones. Just as pregnancy hormones can make your body have some of the same symptoms. If you are concerned that you may be pregnant, then take a test. If it comes back negative, then don't worry everything you are feeling is due to the injections. These symptoms may lessen with time. Good luck and be well.

Firstly go and see a doctor who can give you something for your throat, coughs and headaches.
Secondly, take come time off work and relax at home or go on a short break somewhere. Spend some time with friends or family. Go for a sauna and steam and just relax. You could just be overworked and your body just needs time to relax.
Hope you feel better soon ! x

It sounds like your immune system has taken a hammering. Have you been overworking and or stressed lately?
Do what your body is telling you to do, rest! Try multivitamins and lots of water and fruit juices. If you feel no better in a few days, see your GP.
