Well maybe you just haven't found something that interests u. I'm sure you have a super long contract with Ballys so maybe you could find a workout buddy, or take some classes, if they have a pool then you could swim, etc... it's up to you to motivate you! Just take one day at a time and set realistic goals for yourself. I used to hate working out and now I go to 24 hr fitness and I love it! It's all about making it apart of your lifestyle!

Firstly you should get your butt to that Gym and stop wasting your money, write it in your diary like an appointment, and dont do anything else! (if something comes up, say nope, I cant, Ive got the appointment with ME!!)
It is hard to get motivated, but what I always found helped was having something down the track to work towards, a friends wedding, getting into swimgear for summer, squeezing into a nice ski suit in winter, anything... as having a date often helps.
The gym is pretty boring sometimes, I woud also try and see if you ahve any friends who might want to go too. dont go up and say "hey join the gym with me" cos theyll think youre thinking theyre fat, but it is much easier when you have a friend to lose weight with (and its a bit of competition too which does help)
Goodluck!!

By what you wrote it seems that it's not only a motivation that you need but energy.
A few months ago I was feeling like that.
I was fatigue everyday without any energy or desire to do almost nothing I would only accomplish what I was supposed to do but not more and sometimes not even that...
I sought for help... I went to the doctor and of course he prescribed medicine... it didn't work
I started to excise by playing volley ball... but even though that helped I still felt fatigued
until a friend told me about HERBALIFE I tried it and to make a long story short... IT WORKED
Trust me: feeling well it's going to be the best motivation you can get...
if you want to try it let me know... herbalife-sandiego@hotmail.com

you should get some regular sleeping patterns for starters. then you need to get organised. plan your day and MAKE ROOM for exercise if there is any. take away tv watching time for exercise. and beleive me once you get into it, you wont wanna stop. you do need to get motivated, and dont worry, if your not the morning type, you can still sleep in AND get a work out in the arvo. dont workout right before bed. and dont sleep too much. 7-8 hours will do you. once u get a set sleeping pattern you will wake up at regular time, thus being able to eat breaky at a certain time. weather u have breakfast before or after a meal it needs to be healthy. i recomend, milk, yoghurt, oats, fruit sometimes toast. eat lots ov vegies and fruit. to get motivated. think of something that you love doing. lets say cooking, or watching tv etc. say and tell yourself that you cant do those things unless you exercise. and dont do those things if you dont exercise. it will work. gl.

Young ones often get like that. You want to lose weight. So go and lose it. Why talk about it? Do you feel neglected by parents? I am not trying to be nasty , just helpful. Most adults who have taken the responsibility for their own welfare would be doing it instead of talking.

A part of you doens't want to listen to another part of you. If you can't help yourself, you may need professional help from a psychiatrist.
