The correct Fr. spelling is 'fière'. The accent is made with 138

i'm not a great french speaker myself... i mean probably just a beginner-level maybe, but that probably means "i'm proud of you" (said by a gal to a gal/guy, as the "e" at the end of "fiere" indicates). this adjective is always used with the preposition "de" if you want to tell you're proud of SOMETHING/SOMEONE. it resembles the situation when we use the preposition "of" with proud, afraid, etc. hope it helped and hope i didn't say sth wrong or sth.
