Remember it well.
Actually, a few years ago, I took up some old lino from the kitchen floor and found a full page of 'Humphrey' stickers. Made me go all moist-eyed and wistful for a bit- until 'er in doors chucked them in the bin!

Indeed an advert for milk. And I seem to recall that a certain Rolf Harris was involved with the campaign, if not with the advert.
