I don't know what is wrong with me I miss my BF I send him lots of messages telling him I love him and miss him terribly and cry everyday because he is awaydoing his military service. He doesn't have much time to be with me. He is not in the US service we are in a foreign country and he is a native of that country. Does it sound clingy? How not to be so clingy?

All the guys i know would say goodbye at the first sight of clingy. You just have to pull your back bone up and get on with the fact that your man may be serving his country and he may be in another country and you have to live and get your own life without him.You can share again when he gets back.
He is only away for a short time if you make him feel bad for leaving you he may resent it when he gets back.
You may think your doing the right thing sending him these messages but honey send him one in the morning saying " Good morning your my first though wishing you a good day"
and at night "How was your day? Love you Good night off to bed in 20 min. Message back if can talk."

If I am reading into your question correctly, I do not think you are being too clingly. Maybe a little bit clingy, but not that much. Look, I think you are sweet that you miss your guy and the time apart is taking its toll. Having said that, you might want to space your messages apart where he would be looking forward to hearing from you.

As for liking a girlfriend to be clingy, I wouldn't want her to be so. I would like a devoted woman, but somewhere you have to give a guy a little space and vice versa.

My bf is in the military as well and we lived together before he left. I miss him terribly and cry when i speak to him my letters and all correspondonce does seem a bit like a bunny boiler. i want to be near to him and express that. try occupying your time with new activities which will keep you busy. it does sound clingy back off a bit but still let him know you are always there for him. those guys need to know they are missed and loved to keep up their spirits

If the guy is insecure then he'll love it. If he's emotionally healthy then you're going to make him run the other direction.

I was in the military and I saw your type every single day. Those were the girls who eventually got cheated on because the boyfriends knew their girlfriends would put up with whatever crud they pulled. Sad but true, sorry.

Guys don't like clingy-ness. Just tone it down. Instead of uncontrolled emotional outbursts, channel your emotion, and make your final product more worth-while.

It can be a lil overwhelming to the guy.....espically if the girl has the "bitchy-clingy" going on......TURN-OFF!!!
