Depending on how big and dark your tattoo is, they may or may not be able to cover it for you. A friend of mine wanted a cover-up, but the original tattoo left scarring, so the tattoo artist told us the original would still peak thru the cover-up.

IMO, your best option would be to actually go to a tattoo parlor! That way you can actually SEE what you're dealing with. You get to speak to someone, see their work, and also get a good feel as to what type of business they are running!

Good Luck!

you're too youthful. i'm no longer basically asserting this...it truly is the regulation. In maximum states, you may desire to be 18...era. you may desire to coach it with a valid, state issued identity. In some states, you will get one at sixteen with parental consent yet those are few. additionally, in a number of those states, many artists won't tattoo a minor, with parental consent or no longer. One very final element...you're actually not carried out transforming into and a tattoo can stretch. Why no longer wait some greater years? Tattoos are not going everywhere. EMT

go to your nearest tattoo parlour and talk to the tattoo artist there - they'll be able to tell you what you can do to cover it, and work with you on your design
