My wife holds a B1/B2 visa valid for 10 years. Currently she is pregnant. Her siblings are in USA and are green card holders. She would like to deliver the baby in USA with the presence & support of her siblings. Her siblings have invited her to do so and are ready to support her stay.
We have sufficient finance to cover the maternity charges incurred, though she is not covered by maternity insurance.
We are planning to visit USA and state child delivery as the reason for the visit. Will my wife be allowed entry into USA? We don't want to waste the immigration officer's time as well as subject my wife to a lengthy journey, if she will not be allowed entry. Please let us know.

Being pregnant could be a disadvantage in applying for a US visa. If the pregnancy is not yet noticeable, an application for a US visa for tourism or business will likely be approved.

How long has your wife been in India? If she has been out of the US for more than a year, she no longer has a green card. Of course it will cost a dent in your wallet. You are responsible to pay for all her medical expenses Figure at minimum $10,000. Much more of there are complications.
