Dear friend,if you have pneumonia or one of your close ones I am afraid you cannot treat it yourself.i will advise you not to go for OTC drugs.A wrong diagnoses and incorrect treatment can lead to more suffering and catastrophic outcomes.
The reason being pneumonia is not a particular diagnoses just like headache.
One has to find its cause like tuberculosis takes months and HIV is serious matter as compared to some less dangerous infections.
You got to see a doctor,get examined ,investigated and properly diagnosed so tht hte right medicines are prescribed and delay is avoided .

If you have pneumonia, you need antibiotics.
However you'll need a chest x-ray to confirm that you have pneumonia.
Have you been to the doctor? If not go get checked out if you think you're sick.
