The body become dry , slowed the moving of large intestine that will accumulate rubbish inside to cause pathological changes. Astriction is a common problem too.

you will not get your vitamins or phytochemicals whicn help to guard against cancer and protect cell grown and dna integrity ,help to cleanse the body just to name a few things from many . you should also read up on the virtues of which
raw vegetables to eat.

Nothing, I know lots of people who don't eat any vegs, they eat meats, fish, eggs and rice, flour and lentils....Nothing really will happen....You might just end up suffering with a bit of constipation.....Unless your system is used to working without fiberous foods.

i think we would get real sick without those protiens and minerals we would be healthy or would live
