It seems like our politicians are more interested in staying in office than in representing us. What do you think about a system that allows us to rate our politicians out of 10. This would be based on how well they met their election promises, and how well they represent us during the course of their tenure. Ratings could be done annually via ATMs. If a politician, receives a score lower than, 5/10 they should be kicked out of office and that post re-elected. This will prevent the scenario where a person gets elected based on certain promises, and then spends the next 4 years doing their own thing. What do you think?

Politicians are concerned how to win and preserve their hold on the positions. Thus, the interests of the people are sacrificed for personal ambitions and political parties.

Voters must elect the candidates who are willing to sacrifice their personal and political party interests for the people.

Sounds good.
But if we do this it must be a Nationwide Vote maybe twice a year or once a year for Federal and Government postions.
It must be handled the same way the census is handled to keep if from fraud, and mishandling. Just think of the people who would love to turn the figures up or down to support the candidate they like or in their party. We could have a major fiasco.
This Voting or Rating system would have to be done in each state to just to make it fair. If it is imposed on Federal level we must impose on State levels too. Then many officials can be removed from office across the country and can you imagine the money it would take to get them out. And the law suits too. Our taxes would surely go up to pay for it.
