If You Need Permanent Color You Can Use Many No-Ammonia Colors In As Little As 48hrs But, Its Best To Wait At Least Three Days. If You Are Going To Lighten Your Hair (Even With No-Ammonia) Or Use An Ammonia Haircolor Wait At Least A Week (And One Shampoo/Deep Conditioning)To Prevent Scalp Irritation And Uneven Color Results.
