You know what's really funny? It's that the English University is only covering up a deeper secret.
Do you know what that secret is ?
The secret is........ we read that way because everytime we buy a product, in order to assemble or use it, we have to scan through 5 sets of different language instuctions to get to the English section.
So a lot of people just get tired and look at the pictures........ and use any language on the page with the pictures........just to find out how to assemble or use the product they bought. Gotcha on that one !! L O U (laughs on you)
P.S. No offense intended to any non-English speaking parties. I am sure all of you have the same problem.
