I would like to call in to work tomorrow but I need a good enough excuse. The biggest problem is that I live with one of my coworkers so if I don't actually appear sick, I can't use that excuse. Any ideas on a good excuse?

you came to right source. tell your job that this is personal absence. dont get long winded about it. " hi, i am calling in to take a personal absence" why? "i rather not discuss". in other words its none of your === business.

plus your not lying and feeling guilty

Sure. Get yourself drunk tonight. By tomorrow, you'll look sick enough to convince your coworker. Just don't let them catch you with the alcohol, and make sure that you don't smell like it in the morning. Symptoms which would be easy to fake (if you don't already have them by then) are headache, dizziness, and nausea. Throw in some coughing and maybe a little sniffling for extra effect.

Diarrhea. Take a good book and head for the bathroom until she leaves for work. That can make you feel sick and you could be getting sicker or you can get over it quickly. Cramps are always a good one if you have a male boss. They refuse to deal with womanly stuff. Headache doesn't show. Just stay in the bathroom or stay in bed until she leaves. Just pass the time and read-getting your mind off your headache or stomach ache.

Start complaning about feeling sick the night or day before you call in sick... then wake up all sniffily, grogy, and then try to eat something then run to the bathroom... lock the door... sound like ur throwing up then flush the toilet... tell ur roommate that you can't go to work today cuse you just threw up... works everytime.

I have a root canal appointment. I need to visit my endodontist on the other side of town. You're good for three days.

Tell them you do not feel trusted by people and you are sick about it. Tell them that you feel like you let people down who are counting on you and need to go to counseling.
