There are 2 types of job at Embassies- one for Indian diplomats and bureaucrats (Indian Foreign Service and Indian Administrative people). Others are administrative or clerical position filed with local people. For the first one, you have to be IFS or IAS officer. For second one you have to check with local embassy to see if they have job opening. If they do, then you must apply and qualify.
