you don't look overweight to me, if you are feeling not quite right then maybe some toning work to take care of the last areas you want to improve

Muscle weighs more than fat.... if you have a a lot of healthy muscle then you will weight more but be more healthy.
You could not stand to loose more than 5 pounds without getting into an unhealthy low range.
Also, the healthiest body fat percentage is 12% for women, being @ 0% is unhealthy as your adipose tissue (fat) is not just some soft stuff on you... but vital tissue which performs many bodily functions involving insulation, calorie storage & transfer... as well as hormone regulation.
Good luck with life, you look fine. Don't be so worried about the number on the scale, but care about how healthy you feel.

Your weight is perfectly fine! I don't think you have anything to worry about. And you're only 13. I know that from 13 to about 16 my body went through so many changes, im sure you will thin out a little anyways. If you felt like losing anything, try just a couple pounds. Twenty is too much. But do it the healthy way =]

So you only weigh about 63kgs at the moment and you want to loose almost 10kgs. by the looks of you that would put you into the underwieght category, to be honest you look like you are a healthy weight right now, i would say the max you would want to loose would be 5 pounds, thats still about 2.5 kgs so that would put you at about 60 kgs, i rekon you shold join a pillaties class and that would strengthen your core and either do cardio or swimming 2 times a week.

O.K. here goes nothing...for one thing, you have an awesome body for only 13 years old. In my opinion, you could maybe stand to lose about 5 lbs. but not much more than that. I lost a lot of weight once, and one of the first areas I lost was my breasts. I really miss them. Your body is great though. You have all the right curves in all the right places. Do a lot of sit-ups, and don't forget to stretch a lot. That helps keep your curves.

You look great, a little bit on the skinny side. Don't change a thing. Don't lose weight, it will not look good. You are fit, so you have a lot of muscle that weighs more than fat. 134 is a perfect weight anyway, but your muscle percentage makes you even slimmer than someone else who has the same weight.

You've got a good body. And no you are not too thin. If you want to loose 20 pounds, you'll be fine -you will just become underweight. Your weight at the moment is perfect for your height, hope that helps.
