She is 12 and keeps hanging out with that 45 year old teachers aid giving her special teachings in her room for hours...

Is there a thousand year old prophecy about that? Was it stated somewhere that the city which you live in at a certain time there would be a virgin birth? If so, then believe her. If not, congratulations grandpa!

Has she been to any parties.... or in any situation where she's unsure of what happened? If she seems sincere in her protestations that she never had sex.... I fear she may have been taken advantage of at some point. Get a paternity test done, find the guy, make him a eunich.
