can bleach expire?

Because when i bleached my hair this time, it started foaming [the bleach] a little after about 10 minutes.
After i took it out, it turned my hair a strawberry color.
[it usually turns it blonder quicker]

yes darling you are right bleach expired go to a saloon and ask about a solution have a nice day..................................

well anything can "expire" (okay...not twinkies).
Maybe your hair chemistry has changed and doesnt take the same amt of peroxide that it once did?
(hair expires = goes gray)
