This is actually a really vague question. It seriously depends on the guy. Some go for the nerdy ones, some go for the extremely hot ones, etc. There's also the problem with race. A lot of people do not like to have relationships outside of their race.
If you want the generalize, guys usually go for the good looking one. This isn't being shallow or anything, this effects everyone. First impressions is one of the most important things in this world. Good luck. =]

If you have to ask this question, don't improve yourself. Be yourself. You will find a well deserving guy. Even though it may not feel like it now, don't change. Unfortunately guys usually go for bimbo's .... DON'T BE ONE. You will find someone that adores you for YOU. Most anal retentive guys only go for a quick piece of a s s. Be more then that and someone wonderful will come along.

Women who are independent but show that they want to spend their valuable time with a guy. That they are not afraid to voice their opinions but don't feel like they have to do it on a man's terms and can still get their point across. Women who aren't afraid to smile at things that make them happy, and who are not going to try to smile at things that don't because being phony isn't the way to go. A woman who is comfortable with her body no matter what size it is (and hopefully she has a nice big butt--we don't need women shaped like 12 year-old-boys because they won't eat) and who doesn't need a man to tell her how sexy she is. Women who are in control of themselves and who are confident are the types that guys usually go for unless they are scumbags who are looking for easy prey.

The girl doesnt need to do anything, she could just be the girl sitting alone or the one thats different from the rest. just someone who stands out to them.

don't be snobby, high maintenence, caked on too much makeup (major turnoffs). don't play too hard to get and try being as naturally beautiful as possible, we dig natural beautyness ;)

if you are trying to please everyone else, you will always come up short (and dis-satisfied) because you aren't true to yourself. Have a standard and boundary that you are comfortable with and stick to it!
