I'm not a Marine. But i do tell you that the only person I got stalked by was a female and her 1st Sergeant. It was very uncomfortable.
I couldn't even take a shower anymore and there were numerous notes left under my door from her.
I did not want to turn her in, but she ripped out pages of her journal that included me in it. (too graphic).
i went above the 1st Sergeants head and had to do something.
I could have cared less that she was Gay. And I still don't. the problem is that she didn't respect my right to be Hetero which I told her repeatedly.
As long as Gomer wasn't looking for those that weren't gay is fine with me Just respect the person the person that isn't gay also

Gomer Pyle was a fictional television charactor. His charactor dated women in the series, many shows revolved around the dates.
Jim Nabors is an actor....who happens to be gay.
It doesnt apply. (And theres nothing 'new' about the Dont Ask, Dont Tell policy. It has been in effect since Clintons reign.)
