When you have any kind of intra-uterine procedure, the OR team puts a weighted speculum in the vagina so it stays in place, and they have room to work.
Sometimes it presses up against a nerve, or if you ever injured your tailbone, makes it hurt.
Call the doc tomorrow, and tell him.
Meanwhile, take warm showers, and let hot water run on your lower back.
Take Tylenol for pain - extra strength if need be.
Lie on your side, and avoid sitting.
Try lying on ground, and doing pelvic tilts [ you lie flat, with lower back pressed against floor, and point your crotch towards the ceiling ]. This helped last time I injured my tailbone.
