The thing I can think of is your diet. You probably ate something in your diet thats making your stomach cause chemical reaction to create gas, thus you feel bloated. But because its only gas , you feel hungry. It could also be that you are having water retention problems, which your sodium intake is too much, making the body hard to lose off the excess water.

My suggestion is that you reduce your sodium intake ,especially those containing heavy salt or sugar contents, and take in more food rich in fibres. Foods rich in fibre reduces helps with constipation and keeps you full. Avoid gassy drinks so not to make your bloated feeling worse.

If all things fail, go see a doctor.

Ok u should definitely run this by ur health advisor first before doing this cause I am not a doctor but what if you add more formula to the water. Ex: if the formula ur using requires 1 scoop to every oz of water try adding 1 1/4 scoop to every oz. Thiis just a thought that popped into my head and that way he is getting more nutrients which should keep him fuller longer. Please consult ur advisor first and good luck!

Are you eating at least 25g of fiber a day and yogurt (has probiotics to regulate your GI tract)? That would move things though and release tension. Good luck!
