iam 20 years old guy and i want to go to afghanistan join the us army but they want me to have at least good credit.i never had a credit before and i applyed one and i got it now how am i make my credit score increes fast so i can go to afghanistan and join us army

Ask your parents to put you as an authorized user on their credit card - but not give you the card, so they cannot say you messed up their credit. Their good credit will now report to your name as well, giving you instant credit.
In the mean time, apply for retail store credit cards - they are easier to get than major loans. Buy a few things, then pay it off.
