when jews believe that moses lifted an ocean, Mormons believe that joseph smith read gold plates out of a hat noone ever saw, and christians believe that God impregnanted ms. christ, who gave birth to a dude who was reincarnated from the dead? Personally, I laugh at the Xenu theory, as I find it bizarre, but I would not do it to a scientologist's face, because their beliefs are no weirder than mine. So why do priests and vaticans openly insult the hubbard theory?

You're right, the idea that we're all infested with brainwashed alien spirits is just as ridiculous as the idea that a man-god was sent down to earth as a blood sacrifice to another god in order to save us all from a very very bad place.
But I don't laugh at Scientologists. I feel sorry for them and to be honest, I'm a bit scared of them. They're taught to believe that anyone who questions their "religion" is actually a criminal and attacking their "faith" because deep down they actually feel guilty about the crimes they've committed. In this way, they feel justified in "attacking the attacker" by ANY means possible.
I realize they've been victimized and brainwashed by the cult of Scientology, but when they start actively victimizing, I stop making excuses for them. They become the "bad guy".

1) I feel sorry for scientologist- many are well meaning people suckered into the bait and switch scam. HUbbard was a pulp sci-fi writer, told other writers the best way to get rich was by starting a religion- and then went and did it. Its quite sad that all he came up with was more pulp sci-fi which could have been written in the 1930s!
2) Moses did not lift the sea. GOD, SPLIT the sea. The only thing Moses raised wa shis staff- and even you or I can raise a staff!

Christ is not a last name; it is a title. As for the conception, it was immaculate.
Jesus is not a "dude." He is the Son of God. Moses did not lift an ocean; that was God's work.
