You don't have to go far to get some good hills. Northern Jersey has plenty of hills -- I remember riding through Bergen and Passaic counties and those places are quite hilly.

North of there in Rockland and Orange counties in New York State there are plenty of hilly country to bike through too.

if u want a good hilly place in u.s.a you can go to beaverly hill and if u want outside u.s.a you should come to the country alled Bangladesh and visit its commercial capital Chittagong. U should visit khagrachari, rangamati, bandarban, shitacondu and lots more places in chittagong.

Beautiful northern Arkansas! We're in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains, lots of avid cyclists around here. (I have no idea where you are, but when I saw "green rolling hills" I had to answer, because that's what we have!)

How steep are you talking about? Anywhere in the Appalachians won't be extraordinarily steep, especially west of the actual mountain range.
