My Best friend and I both started liking the same guy earlier this year. I let her go after him because I was liking one of his friends at the time and it just seemed right. He started doing stuff with our group of friends and like it or not we always had this chemistry that never went away. This was all good until Him and my friend started dating.

They don't really act like they are dating at all which makes it awkward for me. She'll invite me to the mall and it will be just the three of us or we'll go to the movies like that. They never do anything together and he keeps flirting with me. I swear he talks to me more than he does her, which makes me feel guilty cuz I feel like I'm doing something wrong even though our conversations are completely random. Don't get me wrong I would never do anything to hurt her, but its really bothering me and even some of our other friends have started noticing how he acts w/me. Please give me some imput.

I've been through it, you don't need a guilty conscience, but what he does is his problem, but don't talk to your friend about it, and don't do anything with him because it will make everything worse i promise, just try to avoid him, and let this wait itself out, just don't worry about him, and hang out with your friend, but don't get to close to him because he WILL try to suck you in trust me, or hey you could date someone too maybe then he will leave you alone, it might work.

If anyone deserves a guilty conscience, it is him. He's the one who is flirting with other girls not you. Unless you respond to his flirting, you do not need to be feeling guilty. If it is really bothering you, maybe you shouldn't hang out with the two of them together so much.

Dont feel guilty its not your fault, we can never teach our heart who or when to love someone. I think he likes you more than your friend.
But for now, forget him or get rid of him, if you dont want to hurt your friend. for you dont know what are his intentions really are or maybe if things get worse confront him..

you sound like you're being a loyal friend; he sounds like a douchebag who wants the best of both worlds. he has shown his true colors: he's not quality goods, and neither you nor your friend should consider dating him seriously. i don't know how close you and your best friend are, but if it were me and my best friend, i'd straight up tell her, "girl, your beau is flirting with me and i don't like how he's treating you." it's more disrespectful to your friend than it is flattering to you.

Find someone who doesn't have a girlfriend. Especially when the gf is your friend.
