I pretend the only people I am talking to are my close friends, whom I easily talk with all day long. Just having one person you easily talk with in the audience can make it easy to pretend you are just talking to that person and the others are just bystanders, even though you look around the room so they don't think you are ignoring them. Try to think of the audience as just a bunch of friends - like in the cafeteria or something.

First of all it is too early in the game to be so nervous, not nervouse. So take a couple of deep breaths and count to ten just before you go on the stage. In the meantime. Go over your presentation a few times. Do it in front of a small audience, like your parents, or a few friends so you feel like you really know it. That will also give you some confidence. I think it is wonderful that you have put together a powerpoint presentation. Not everybody can do that and you should feel proud of yourself just for that accomplishment. I'm sure you will be fine. One more thing. Just before you go on stage say a few affirmations to yourself like "I can do this." or I Love the Beatles and when I am finished with my presentation everybody else will love them too." and then go and have some fun.

Practice it over and over and over again until you've said it so many times that it becomes routine and even boring. Once you've mastered this, practice saying it in front of one or two people that you're comfortable with. Once this isn't awkward and you feel comfortable, you can either try in front of a few more people or just practice it more to yourself and try to perfect it or make it better so you feel like you know this "like you know the back of your hand". Once you've done this, you will do absolutely fine during your presentation. Besides, since you love The Beatles it will be a lot easier to present than if you had to do a presentation on The Life and Love of George Washington or something. Feel free to have fun with it!

Nothing. Just sit there and worry about it. That way it'll be more rewarding when you're done.
