It really depends on what stresses you but here are some ways: Get your heart beating with exercise. Do intense exercise like running, or any intense exercise that gets you sweating. Watch less tv and focus on small hobbies like just sitting and watching nature wherever you can get it ie back yard. Work less. Work on any area of your life that you are not happy with. Take more time when you do things for yourself. and remember that we all love you.

Give yourself a break. Relax by whatever means works best for you. How about breathing slowly and thinking about something that pleases you, maybe a visit to a beach or a walk in the woods? Or maybe actually doing those things if you can. Or watching a movie--pick carefully!, or reading a book, taking a bubble bath, taking a nap. Practice smiling and being pleasant to others. Don't think about your problems.

If your feeling really stressed out, a good way of calming down is closing your eyes, taking deep breaths and counting to 10. If you can, you can always try meditation, or even just reading a good book, drinking some green tea while sitting sumwhere comfy.
