Yes at time I have, the fact is when you are turned down that means the person thinks you are ugly, stupid. Yes guys usually think the girl is stuck up. So in other words yes and yes to your questions. The thing is he is wanting to get to know you, and he thinks your hot or he would not have said anything. Of course the other side to that is he may just be looking for a one night stand, if that's the case then yeah you can be rude because he is being rude.

Just think of it in the opposite. If someone came up to you and you were not attracted and you turned them down. Would you be rude or stuck up or just not interested?

no offense meant then none need be taken. Rejection is the risk one takes when approaching someone in a club. They are not rude and you are not a troll, I think
