ok its like i said i insert the 1gb compact flash card and i click removable disk E and it freezes what can i do?

It sounds like there is a software conflict. It sounds like your computer is having trouble reading the information on your flash drive. Try right clicking on the drive and going to explore. See if it opens that way. If it does not, then try formatting the drive. Note: formatting the drive deletes all of the information that is on it. That may solve your problem though.

Run strong antivirus program like notran on ur flash drive, if no virus or spam found ... its time to format ur flash drive
boy do belive me this kinds of problem some times occurs becoz of some virus or corrupted file in ur flash drive.
