The only bad effect is that it turns your teeth brownish. If you use whiteners, this is not a problem. Drinking it 1-2 a week, you will not even develop an addiction to caffiene.

Children with ADHD often find that coffee calms them way down (it works opposite of an adult). Some parents feed their children coffee every morning.

I can tell you that it is really bad for your teeth and being that young, too much caffiene isn't great. I mean I drink coffee in the morning like once a month if that. Lets just put it this way, if your dentist doesn't like you to drink soda because of the caffiene, you really shouldn't drink coffee either. That is why a lot of adults have yellowish/brownish teeth. They stain. I really hope I helped you! Pick me as Best Answer pppppllllleeeeaaasssee! (No pressure or anything, and I am totally not begging)

To tell the truth...coffee is a wonderful delicious drink...and so is coca cola and other drinks...but anything we do too much of...can harm us maybe not as a young person but later in life as it builds up in our body....it could cause kidney trouble....or other problems in our body....so if we do not over do anything we are being good to our body.....you would be smart to ask your family doctor his opinion..because they know if it would affect your bones...the calcium ....you need to keep your bones strong so they don't break when you get older....There are more drinks out there that would be a lot better for you..try and add more healthy drinks....instead so your body will be in great shape as you get older...try a new fruit juice each week ....you will be surprised all the different beverages that are healthy out on the store shelves now days....good luck on your decision what to do.....Mama Jazzy Geri

Drinking coffee at this age usually is not a good idea, all the caffeine in this beverage, will affect your brain, teeth and even in your blood vessels, did you notice your teeth is becoming brown and browner each day, whenever you want to smile to someone u like, instant of crystal white teeth , that would not be a great first sight ! It may affect your en tired body, in and out . So think about it before your first sip.

Since you're still young, it's not advisable that you drink alot of coffee. However, if you really like it and find it hard to break the habit, maybe you should switch to coffee flavoured sweets etc. Or even have your coffee, but with alot of milk or even some chocolate powder.

Coffee is not bad for you, in fact it stimulates your body. Try going to hot tea. It is good also, but has a lot of ant-oxidant values to it. In other words tea help clean you body of toxins. I drink both. 50 now and no problems unless I eat too much pork.

Mostly everything in life is bad for all of us. It doesn't matter how old you are. Coffee isn't necessarily bad, it's the caffeine that's in it.
