I think it would depend on what their ages are. If they are under five or six, I really don't think you need to worry just yet. My sons slept that way for most of their younger years but as they grew older, they became more self conscious and sought more privacy. If they are older boys, then you may want to suggest that this is not really appropriate.

Many people sleep nude, the older one probably feels free and less encumbered. As with all same sex siblings the younger one will try to be like the older. It's natural. If you make a big deal out of it then they may see it as something wrong with their bodies when there is not. just let them know that outside the room clothing is not optional and now you must knock before entering their room to give them their privacy. Most women and girls do not sleep naked but many boys and men do.
it's a sign that your boys are growing up

Good luck

My wife and I have always slept nude and have never kept that from the kids. They have always been welcome to sleep however they like. I found that my teenage daughter was sleeping nude one time when I had to go in and awaken here. She didn't respond to knocks on the door and when she woke up, she simply said thanks, but I'm naked underneath the covers. I left, closed the door, and she got dressed. Both the kids are adults now and I hope they continue to sleep in whatever way is most comfortable for them.

Don't worry about it. The older boy does it most likely because he is warm. The younger because the older is. Maybe try to take some blankets off the bed and put in a fan. This may help him cool down.

I would be more concerned if it was a brother and sister sharing a room. Some people are just more confortable sleeping in hte nude and forcing them to wear clothes is not worth the fight.

There's really nothing to be concerned with. They're brothers, and there's no need for brothers to be shy with each other. They're sleeping naked, not getting tattoos... I would tell them that they need to put something on before they leave their room.

I have a 3 year old who wanted to do the same thing. We compromised. He has to wear under pants.

if you find something wrong with it than enforce them to sleep with PJ's on. try talking to the older one and let him now that he is the bigger brother and he has to be a role model for his younger brother and that he should show him how big boys wear clothes even when they sleep, than the little one should follow in his steps again and sleep with clothes.
although it probably isn't a big deal it's probably just a phase their going through, they probably get over it and sleep with clothes on. but it wouldn't hurt to talk to the older one alone either.
