Every body carries weight differently.... and muscle weighs more than fat.... so if you are muscular you will weight more, and that will mean you are actually healthier, because muscle burns more calories than fat when you are resting.
Also, adipose tissue (fat) cannot be completely rid of, as it provides essential insulation & calorie storage, among other functions involving hormones. So, being 0% fat would mean you are not at optimum health, and actually very unhealthy. The ideal body fat percentage for most women is around 12%, but it varies depending on genetics & body type.
Weight is one of the worst ways to judge health. It is only one small piece of a very large & complicated puzzle.
Being overly obsessed with weight, so much so that it effects you life & health in a negative way, is well known to be very unhealthy both in the physical & psychological function.

Who the F gave me a thumbs down?
I went to school for a year to study the human body, & i've paid a few different personal trainers to educate me further on the healthy weight & fitness.
I would really like to know what part of my answer deserves a thumbs down!

Do cons ever ask truly questions that would be resolved by way of debate? Or, do they only conceal Obama bashing as questions? Such as: Isn't Obama the worst President ever? Can you think how dull Obama is? And, now Does Obama ever inform the reality? Similarly, you would see questions about Bush with the identical outcome: Was Bush the worst President in historical past? Why did Bush lie such a lot? My factor is this isn't a truly query. It's a rant. Break it all the way down to smaller elements, cite examples of character problems and begin a debate. For instance, you would say: Yesterday, Obama stated X approximately challenge Y. But, then he did anything else. What used to be his motivation? Without creating a factor, your query is useless. Sorry.

That is exactly where you should be according to the statistics. I was there. Once. I'd give my I-teeth to be there again!
You are NOT fat, you are not obese, you are not, overweight, you are not even the least bit over the doctors' charts. Ask your doctor. Some women are very thin. Some are fat. The public media makes too much of something that is none of their business. It's only between the person and his or her doctor. Mean words of others are often spoken in jealousy.

You are not fat. Your weight can also be muscle. Have you thought about that? Now, I am 19, 5'3" and 145. Now I, am a little bigger than I want to be, but my bone structure is also different. Many "health scales" that people find on-line do not take into account bone structure, muscle mass, or genetics. No I don't believe that someone gets fat because of genetics, but I do think it plays a factor. With your age and your height, you are right where you should be. Also, you are 15!! You have plenty more important things to worry about than your weight!!

You are not even close to being fat. You are 15 and should not worry about this. When I was your age I thought I was fat. I was 5'2 and 115-120lbs. I look back and I was not at all fat. Just enjoy who you are and don't be worried about your weight. If you are having more serious issues than just thinking this and are contemplating more serious measures to lose the weight you need to talk to a parent or someone you can trust. Good Luck

That is a perfect size. 110 looks slim but if you got sick and lost a bit you'd look too thin. 120 is much better. I was the same size and I looked great. I am now 5'4 3/4" and about 127 pounds and I look just the right size. I do look chunky but it is because I need to tone up I'm pretty out of shape. With all the sports you do I'm sure you are just fine.

Hi, based on the measurement given, you are not fat. You have a healthy weight. Check out the link yourself.
However there are people that are born with big bone structure and that could make you appear to look fat.

That doesn't seem to be alot of weight. Are you calling yourself "fat" based on the reading you are getting from your scale? Because muscle is heavier then fat. So being as active as you say it could be muscle. Arnold Swartenegger is considered Obese on a BMI (Body Mass Index) chart due to his height vs. weight but we all know you wouldn't call Arnold fat now would we?

You are at a normal weight.
Your BMI is 20.6 (healthy)
Your weight is in the 43 percentile according to your age and height, which means 57% weigh more than you; however, 42% weigh less than you.
If you want to lose weight.... go ahead, but don't do anything drastic. Your body still needs to develop as an adult. However, I think it's all in your head... you're fine the way you are!

Your not fat at 5'4'' weighing 120lbs. If you think your fat then you should really consult with professional counsellor concerning your doubts about your weight. There is nothing wrong with talking to someone. I'd hate to see you look at people like Paris Hilton or Nichole Ritchie as healthy, and want to imitate them.
