You need to go get checked out. My husband's best friend has a condition where he gets terrible headaches from low potassium levels. All he has to do is take a potassium pill everyday and the headaches went away.
The point is, go get checked out, it could be something simple to control.

I had really bad migraines for about 30 years until I started going to the chiropractor three years ago! I actually called them sinus migraines and had an allergist say the same thing which surprised me because no one else had ever agreed with me before but he had no medicine that worked for me.
I have been to all kind of doctors including Neurologist's who put me on seizure medicines which almost pushed me over the edge.
There was only one medicine that could stop my migraines and it was Fiorinal (generic name). But I hated taking it because it always made me feel so depressed the next day. I was taking it two or three times a week but now I don't have to take any medicines because I don't have any headaches.
Chiropractor is your answer I promise!!!
But, if you have a headache tonight my other advice is to put an icepack on the back of your neck.
Hope this helps!

I do have a tea I use for a lot of things, including stomach trouble and headaches. The base is a blend called Tension Tamer, which is available in stores from Celestial Seasonings. I then add a spoon of honey, a spoon of sugar, and an extra dash of ginger.
You will want to find out what's causing your headache. It could be blood pressure trouble, diabetes, even dehydration or mild malnutrition. Or it could be something else altogether. A doctor should be able to help you figure it out.
Good luck!

First, you have to identify what kind of headache you have, is it migraine or tension headache. What causes it? Usually there are triggers for headaches, it may help to keep a diary of attacks so that you may identify what triggers it and avoid them. There are a number of approach how to treat a headache. There is a good link below that you may take a peek for reference. But I suggest that you consult a doctor if the headache persists.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, sweet fruits, milk, rice and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.
