Ears take almost 3 weeks.
Eyes 10 days to 2 weeks

I think that they are born hearing, of course I am not an expert. Just seems to me they do. I know it takes a while for their eyes to open though.

Their eye shoudl start to open within a week. They can hear when you can see the ear canal start to open

I'm sure my foster pups could hear right away. It was 10 days when their eyes started to open though.

They hear right away so they can hear their mom. It takes 6 weeks for eyes to open.
