You didn't specify where the music is coming from. If it is coming from a CD, then when the CD is read, a box should open up that asks you what you want to do. You need to say that you want to rip it. If the songs are on your computer or etc, and windows media player does not open when you click to play the songs, then you need to highlight all of the songs and then right click on them and click "open with Windows Media Player". they will automatically be added to your library in your windows media player.

see with any program that burns cd's they make a limit on what you can download to a cd. the normal limit with a 4 mb filesize per song is around 20 to 25 songs. if you use this way its pretty awesome i got really excited when i figured this out. You can fit around 150 songs onton one normal cd thats 7000 mb. once you have songs you want, just put them to a folder that you created for easier access. then copy that folder and go to start, my computer, then paste to the empty disc.

you cant. its impossible. you need to use itunes yet you may circulate songs from residing house windows media participant to itunes yet they must be in mp3 type. No wma's or something like that. look up a video on youtube or seek it on google to confirm a thank you to circulate your songs.
