I don't make judgments on whether people go to hell or not.. All I can do it tell you what God told us through the Bible..
John.14:6

Absolutely:

Rom 1:20-21
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
(KJV)

1 Pet 4:17-18
17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?
(KJV)

Heb 9:27
27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
(KJV)

Any human can observe the fact that there is a Creator. That human can cry out to God and God will send them a preacher to deliver the message of Salvation. Cornelius did this and Luke writes that Peter went to him in Acts Chapter 10.

There is no other way to God except through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.

It is quite possible. It is not the "not knowing Jesus" that gets people sent to hell. It is the sin they have committed. God cannot be in the presence of sin period. God gave every human a conscience to let people know whats right or wrong. You will never find a single person on this planet, regardless of culture, that will say that they have never done anything they knew was wrong.

Everyone has an inherent knowledge of GOD, you may call it conscience, it's mans' spirit, his likeness to GOD and this is further revealed through nature (Romans 1:19-20 "...since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse...".
My guess is that by that knowledge will man be judged, if he never knew GOD.

In reality, it is not that some people have not heard about God. Rather, the problem is that they have rejected what they have heard and what is readily seen in nature. Deuteronomy 4:29 proclaims, “But if from there you seek the LORD your God, you will find him if you look for him with all your heart and with all your soul.” This verse teaches an important principle: everyone who truly seeks after God will find Him. If a person truly desires to know God, God will make Himself known.

Some affirm that if a man is sent to hell solely for his "ignorance of unbelief" in the Lord Jesus Christ, that if someone never having never heard of the Lord and never been presented with the gospel so that he has the choice to accept or reject it, then God grants them a special grace for salvation, and because of the state of that person's ignorance they are also rewarded instant heaven.

If the above is true, then why send missionaries to awaken the ignorant up from the "soul sleep" which acts as some sort of 'evangelical purgatory' giving people eternal life due to their never hearing the gospel? Are our missionaries doing them an injustice by brining the law and gospel to bear upon their conscience? Why not remain silent and hopefully they will die in their ignorance and wake up in glory? If you think this is not a concern, it is becoming widely accepted in some evangelical circles.

The Apostle Paul in Romans chapter one addresses this skewed view head on. Listen to his powerful words: "For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse. (Romans 1:18-19).

Through His creation, general revelation, God has revealed to all men, without exception, His invisible attributes, eternal power and divine nature so that "they are without excuse." General revelation isn't sufficient to save, but it is sufficient to render every man without excuse. No man can stand before a holy God and say, "I didn't know. I wasn't aware. I should be given another chance or a special grace due to my ignorant condition."

The Bible says you are held accountable for what you know. If that person dies and has never heard about God, where he goes in the afterlife will be depending on his deeds and acts, and not on his accepting a God that he doesnt know exist. If he lived until the end of the world, he would have heard of God by that time because the Bible says the world will not end until the gospel has been preached to all nations and to all people.

I believe that no matter where anyone lives they will have heard something about God in one way or another. I mean think about it .....why would he create us if there would be people out there that wouldn't know about him? He wants us to go to Heaven....so everyone hears about God some how

I believe that God know our hearts and soul and He is the only one that can make that decision. I asked the same question when I first got saved, I never got a real answer with an explanation. I hope you do, I'll keep searching myself.

How can they go to hell if hell doesn't exist? Jehovah will resurrect those that never got a chance to hear about the truth, so this proves that Jehovah God is loving.
