I will be attending a very fansy restaurant and I do not feel very secure with the entire table setting and etiquette. I know all the basics, but I feel that I need to know much more. I would love to take classes in my area, in Orange County CA. If you have any info. please send it my way.

if you don't get to take a class just wing it.
the most important thing is to look like you're used to this kind of thing.
and when you're unsure just wait til the others do it then take it from there.

Try the tourism industry, after all proper etiquette including table manners is a must in this industry.

when u approach entrance,
wait on the maitre 'D to seet you.

keep your hand bag/pocket book off the table
use the utensils from the outside in
have polite conversation in mild told, however not with food in tour mouth.
