" they knew I will never pass "

--If you're intelligent enough to write that whole paragraph then surely you're capable of owning a resturant, although it is a lot of hard work...

Go to culinary school, follow your dreams, I know you can do it. Let your parents know it's your passion and tell them your life won't be complete without it... That sounds like a convincing argument to me! :)

1st things 1st. Stop this minute making excuses for yourself. 2nd....Happiness begins from within. As humans be have one of the greatest gifts and that's the gift to dream. If your dream is to become a cook and open up a restaurant snd your passionate about it, that's great! But know that the dream is just a dream if you don't work towards it.

You want to be independent and live on your on....
Well let's keep it real ok, you need a job maybe 2!
Rent is no less than $600
Utilities is about $100
Toiletries is about $50-$65 month we are almost at $800. Now this figure may change month to month. But the sure thing is a bill is going to come every month. There is no leap year wit rent (ha). You can't get a job and quit a job when you have rent to pay. You always have to maintain an income. That's key #1. Master that, and the rest is easy!

Why don't you get a job, move out, get on your feet and see how you like that part of your life? Then take a cooking class, look around to see if a community center or a community college offers a class that is affordable. If you do well, take another and then another. Find out what YOUR limits are, not what people tell you they are.
