You can only attend traffic scool once every 1 and half years in the same state. counties will not matter. You can do what i did(in California). If you want to fight one or both of the tickets, you must first pay them and then appeal them. first try to extend the court day, usually you are allowed one or two extensions, remember the longer you can extended, the better, if the officer does not show up in court, then just plead not guilty and you win youre case.second if you were stopped with a radar gun, one argument you have is that the radar gun has to be calibrated every 3 months,by law thirdthe street has to be so much wide(cant remember the measurements, get them from library) and finally there has to be signs posted in order to get you with a radar gun. Needless to say I beat my speeding ticket, by using these arguments.

On the contrary, defensive driving can turn a conviction into nothing. Whether the courts will accept your repeated violations as covered by one class is another matter. Because of the way these are handled, most of the time they are not reported to a common source if they are adjudicated. Since you can make phone calls anonymously, you might call and ask.

Your license is issued by the state, not the county. The state will have records of both. You'll only get school for one of them.

Defensive driving doesn't do anything but take away a few points from your driving record.
