i need a free version of imovie. My apple crashed and i dont have the original software. so please help thanks

i do not have the program on my computer so the apple store wont help me because i tried to update but i dont have it installed

imovie comes with mac, wen u reinstall os x it should be there. i made numerous reinstalles of os x and every time it was there so idk
