I am now a sophomore and am yet to have my first boyfriend. The guys at my school don't like me because I am designated as "uncool". It seems that only the "cool" girls have boyfriends. However, in order to be "cool", a girl has to be a complete sl*t with no standards. I am pretty sure that I am attractive because whenever I go anywhere guys stare at me. I have had a few guys like me but I turned them down because I have morals and standards. Are there any normal guys out there that do not require you to be a sl*t to go out with them?

when I say that I turned a guy down because i have standards I mean that I have never met a guy that I have wanted to go out with. Unlike most of the girls at my school who will go out with any guy that asks them out. sorry if i confused you guys

Well you've got your question pretty nailed down yourself:

The reason girls with no morals are getting 'boyfriends', is because the guys have no morals.
You really have to examine what you mean by the term boyfriend. I doubt any of the relationships you are describing:
1) last any amount of time
2) mean anything

You can still have morals and flirt. You can still have morals and ask out a guy yourself.

If the guys aren't coming to you, why don't you try going after a few yourself?

It can be a hassle getting into a relationship at a small school if thats what your situation is. In that case, just wait until college. It really doesn't matter whether or not you haven't had a boyfriend yet as a sophomore. If you happen to meet Mr. Right then, he's not going to care that he's your first.

And if the men are plentiful, just be yourself. They'll come.
You sound like a smart girl. You've got set morals, and you're attractive. I'm not sure whats wrong with these guys.

It is because they are sluts. They put out and act like fools. You are doing the right thing. But you said you had guys ask you out, but you turned them down. That will never work you have to say yes to someone. You just have to let them know you are not going to do everything you know what I mean. Keep your morals and you will find a guy that will respect you and love you for them. It's true when your my age you don't want a guy that every other guy has been with, you want a good girl that you can trust and is sweet. You do however have to give some guys a chance to get to know you.

You compalin about not having a boyfriend but say you've turned guys down because you have morals and standards. You are confused about dating. In order to get a boyfriend you have to first meet and go out with one. You don't have to sleep or put out with someone just because they took you to a movie or a school dance. You sound like you expect the guy you've been crushing on to land at your feet and declare his undying love with morals and standards to you without really knowing you.

If you haven't met a guy yet that you want to go out with, why are you worried about not having a boyfriend ?
Yeah, there are plenty of guys out there with morals and standards. You might want to take a look in the mirror and repeat this to yourself. "I am not the greatest thing since sliced bread". Once that sinks in you might find out some of these guys aren't so bad.

Well, I got good news and bad news.... Good news is you want a boyfriend which means you want some contact touching a boy, whether it be holding hands or some light petting. The bad news is all the guys know you won't put out and it pisses them off cause they want you.. Find the new boy in school or go outside of your school. Not all guys want to **** and suck right off the bat. So, good luck to you.

Guys at that age are driven by hormones. Give them a few years to straighten out. There are some guys out there who do have more control but they are few. Keep up your standards. Good luck.

Actually I tend to stay away from girls (or guys) without any sense of morality. It's disgusting to me the way some people act.
