The Pentatech is written in Biblical Hebrew, with the exception of the words "jagar sahadutha", which are spoken by Laban, and are in Official Babylonian Aramaic.

Part of the Book of Ezra is also in Aramaic, as is a chunk of the Book of Daniel.

The language of the Book of Job, in Hebrew, presents some philological problems, as it may possibly contain elements of Ugaritic.

Hebrew with some parts in Aramaic, basically the street form of Hebrew. Also there is two or three verses in.... uh........ Some Mesopotamian language, I think it appeared in either Jeremiah or Daniel.
