Should Clinton send Janet Reno to end the siege at the Red Mosque in Pakistan ?

Janet Reno proved that she knows how to end a siege at a religious establishment when the compound at Waco was burned. If Musharef needs help solving the problem at the Red Mosque, should Clinton offer to send Janet Reno ?
