Not referring when people were martyred for their faith in Christ. But when nations incited wars & killed others in the Name of Jesus Christ.

In the name of "religion", ya. Name ONE in the name of Jesus. Zero.

If you study the history there were many that claimed they were doing God's and Jesus's will. When God said to love your enemy some people prefer to say they are Christian and act as unChrist like as they can!

I prefer to look at how many Hospitals, Clinics, orphanages, food kitchens, and shelters there are.... they are the ones acting like Jesus would want us to! That is why we should love and worship God and follow Jesus, to the cross if necessary. Jesus said that many would call him Lord but that they would be cast out because they didn't know him!

"Christ died for men precisely because men are not worth dying for; to make them worth it." - C.S. Lewis

I would say as many as were killed in the name of Allah or any other god or set of beliefs, as well as political dogmas, greed, etc. I don't really understand the point of your question. I will point out that my mother, who is an athiest, often points out this same thing, forgetting that many non-religious people start wars as well. Its human nature to push your own agendas, often through violence.

There are many even without having the statistics. But rememeber, staan is the invisible participant in all human affairs and thus, brings men to war, bloodshed, terrorism, anger, hatred, etc. Mankind's enemy is not our fellowmen! It is satan whose roles of the great deceiver was written in THE BOOK OF KNOWING THE GOOD AND EVIL.THANKS GOD; FEAR GOD; PRAISE GOD; GLORIFY GOD; HONOR GOD; LOVE GOD AND WORSHIP GOD.
