and iam going half on the liquor how much will it be on my half and whats the cheapest place to get the liquor

some reception places provide it and don't allow it to be brought in. it also depends on if there is going to be any limit to how much people have. and what kinds of alchohol is being served there are good sources online for determining how many bottles of wine per person etc.

Depends on how many guest they are expecting. Will you provide hard liquor or just beer and wine?
You need to look in your town for a liquor warehouse. In Houston we have Specs Warehouse. Google or go the old fashioned route and search the yellowpages.
