on word i accidentally changed it so it types in red and has comments on what I do on the side, how do i fix?

I think you have turned on the "Track Changes" under the Tools Menu or Ctrl+Shift+E. You can turn it off from there also.

To show or hide the comments and red lettering, go to "Mark up" under the View menu.
