You are talking roughly a $100 a day here. There are many great hotels that are on the beach with the same amenities that you can get for much less money. Also, Koh Samui is a relatively small town. You might want to explore some of the neighboring Islands like Hat Rin for the full moon party. So try not to get locked in to a hotel for the month. I stayed in a beach hotel that was under $20 a night and it was really nice. But a week in town was enough for me. There are just to many other places that I want to see. Have fun.

that's far too much to pay
koh samui isn't a town
and the full moon parties are on koh panghan not koh hat rin...........hat rin is the beach on koh panghan
