How do you know God wasnt fat? The only visual you have to go off of was created by a man. The visual is what this one man believed God to look like. Until you see God for your self you can not with 100% certaintiy say that he was skinny or fat, black or white (or any other race for that matter) long hair or bald, young or old male or female.

It is immoral to eat food excessively(gluttony) but we don't know if it is to be fat. No one knows what God looks like, besides some people have medical conditions that cause them to gain weight. No one knows what God looks like.
BTW I really don't have a definite belief in God, I'm an agnostic, but what I say makes sense.

No its immoral to indulge and become fat. It is Immoral to alter your appearance through plastic surgery. It is a form of mutilation of Gods temple which is us.

The image of God means that we know the Moral Law = right from wrong. We also know that God does not want us to be fat. That is a part of knowing what is right and wrong.

How do you know god's not fat? And if god created us, who are you to judge what's an "immoral" way to look? Just a tiny bit judgmental there, aren't we?

Yes, it is the sin of Gluttony and lack of self discipline. Moreover, it is the sin of Sloth; as it takes psychological energy and genuine self respect to 'care' for this Temple.
I see the dr. Lite's (errrr phil, that is) book on how to diet and win; didn't get very far. Perhaps because he never got to the root of the problem. Just as a drunk ..stops drinking, an obese person learns to limit his/her calories and to exercise. But then, the price to be paid in on them. And what a price!!At risk for myriad diseases, i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, fatty and overworked heart muscle, circulation problems, ad nauseum.

No more immoral than to have a big nose, or be Asian, or have hair on your back. Made in God's image has nothing to do with outward appearance.

I'm sorry, but not all "fat" people are that way from overeating. There are glandular disorders that can make people big.
How do you know that someone with a thyroid problem wasn't supposed to be "made" that way by God?
I can't stand questions like this, where someone is using their biblical misunderstanding to subtly bash chubby people.
