Someone who knows about bluetooth, HELP!!!?

Okay so I have my Jabra BT350 bluetooth headset on my computer (via "Bluetooth Settings") and I clicked on Wireless File Transfer, and when I click on "search for a bluetooth device", it NEVER works. I even set my bluetooth so that it can be located. What am I doing wrong!?!?!?!!

if you are trying to connect a bluetooh headset why are you going to wireless file transfer? Shouldn't it be bluetooth audio?
