I moved to Singapore from Scotland last year and I absolutely love it. No seasons, no sun disappearing at 4.00pm, the rain is warm and I spend everyweekend reading my book by the pool. Plus my tax is 5% on my first 13,500 pounds earned and 8.5% thereafter.

Can I ask whether moving around the states of USA counts in this question. Come on and have a look at the rest of the world you'll love it. Before everyone jumps down my throat yes I have been to the US and I did really like it however I do prefer Europe, Africa and Asia. The US is a bit too shiny new.

Because many white British feel cheated because there way of life has been watered down to accomodate migrants who don't wish to intergrate or simply want to bite the hand that feeds them, I can understand why many would wish to leave this sacred isle. If I was to leave, I would go to Majorca or Canada. New Zealand really appeals, but its just so far away.

Thailand. A country and people that are enchanting, charming, polite and friendly. Good weather helps but is the least of numerous good reasons for wanting to be there. The drawback is the low incomes. It will remain a nice idea but no more than that as no money etc.....
